SHIPPING
In stock items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays. Please note if your item is not in stock it will be made to order and therefore may take 6-10 weeks to be completed before being dispatched - our team will be in touch to confirm this. All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by CourierPost couriers and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number. This will automatically be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of the date your item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging.
We do not accept refunds for custom orders after production has started.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Custom orders before production has started - We are unable to refund design fees and this will be invoiced in the refund receipt.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. (Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date.)

RETURNS

To return your product, you should email us at contact@paredes.co.nz
We will then provide you with options on how you can return your purchased product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping back an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, it will be subject to inspection. We will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also confirm the approval or rejection. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 5 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@paredes.co.nz

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@paredes.co.nz

GIFTS
​
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
